V. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HUNTING FOR IBEX
Upon booking an amount of 1 100 EUR is payable.
The above mentioned amount consists of the deposit in the amount of 1 000 EUR and the reservation fee of 100 EUR that are non-refundable.
The remaining ammount have to be paid at the latest 60 days prior to the hunting commencement date.
All the additional costs and shooting fees will be charged in accordance with the valid pricelist after the end of the hunting.
If the client cancels the reservation in writing:
- more than 90 days prior to the hunting commencement date, the deposit shall be refunded after deducting the handling charge of 300 €. .
- more than 60 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded
- more than 30 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 30% of the deposit shall be refunded
- less than 31 days prior to the hunting commencement date the deposit is forfeited.
In case you cannot start your hunting tour, we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance that will provide cover against cancellation fees.
If you cannot start your hunting tour and you inform us in due time, our agency will endeavour to find you an alternative date; however, this cannot be guaranteed, since e.g. we may be fully booked, etc.
As long as we cannot arrange for an alternative date, you can send a substitute in your place; nevertheless, the client must draw our attention the given change at the latest 10 days prior to the hunting commencement so that we could arrange for all the necessary formalities as, for instance, the airplane ticket booking and suchlike for the substitute.
2. HUNTING FOR ARGALI
Upon booking an amount of 2100 EUR is payable.
The above mentioned amount consists of the deposit in the amount of 2 000 EUR and the reservation fee of 100 EUR that are non-refundable.
Another deposit of 2 000 € has to be paid 6 months prior to the hunting commencement date.
In the event the given deposit is not paid, the deposit paid up to that moment will be forfeited in favour of the outfitter or the hunting ground’s proprietary.
The deposit in the amount of the rest of the basic price and all the additional costs and shooting fees have to be paid in full in accordance with the organiser’s valid pricelist in Bishkek. The final accounting will be carried out in the presence of the organizer in accordance with the valid pricelist after the hunting finalization and upon arrival to Bishkek.
If the client cancels the reservation
- more than 180 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 60% of the deposit shall be refunded
- more than 121 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded
- more than 61 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 40 % of the deposit shall be refunded
- more than 31 days prior to the hunting commencement date, 25% of the deposit shall be refunded
- less than 31 days prior to the hunting commencement date, the deposit shall be forfeited
